Sengamejo

This shochu is brewed in clay pots and distilled in wooden barrels. Made with purple sweet potatoes from Kagoshima, it offers a rich, sweet aroma reminiscent of wine, along with a soft sweetness, depth, and umami—all perfectly balanced.
